Development of supraprofessional and personal skills of students of pedagogical universities

В процессе становления современной системы российского образования одной из наиболее актуальных проблем является проблема кадрового обеспечения комплексных структурных изменений данной сферы общества. условиях мультикультурного контекста и образовательной парадигмы важнейшим вопрос подготовки школьного учителя. статье систематизировано научное знание о современных образовательных результатах (hard-skills, soft-skills, self-skills), предлагается обоснование понятий надпредметных личностных умений. Систематизированы отдельные инновационные идеи в области организации образовательного процесса вузах: 1) вариативные модели обучения, направленные на формирование у студентов поколения Z навыков: T-shaped model (T-модель), обеспечивающая горизонтальной плоскости мягких навыков (soft-skills), вертикальной – предметно-специализированные профессиональные навыки (hard-skills); V-модель высшего образования, направленная создание условий для творческих специалистов, обладающих умениями непрерывного саморазвития (self-skills); 2) элементы методик формирования том числе связанные с различными методами мотивации, организацией коммуникации, использованием специализированных средств эмоционального интеллекта др.; 3) модель «Soft-skills педагога», обладающего готовностью к осуществлению процесса, направленного различных результатов self-skills) др. основании опыта Томского государственного педагогического университета надпрофессиональных вуза средствами рефлексивно-деятельностного подхода как теоретического основания проектирования механизмов, обеспечивающих развитие (саморазвитие) потенциала субъекта, способного самоопределению. Логичным представляется обучающихся точки зрения их устремления появлению детерминации своей собственной позиции любой проблемной ситуации.
